⚠️ SCAM ALERT ⚠️ We’ve had reports of members getting calls from someone claiming their bill must be paid immediately or their power will be disconnected. This is a scam. URECC will never call demanding instant payment or threatening to cut off service in a short time frame. Please help us spread the word, especially to seniors in our community who may be targeted. If you ever have doubts about a call, hang up and contact us directly at: 903-843-2536 or 800-259-2536

Bethlehem Substation

***MEMBERS IN THE BETHLEHEM AREA***
This outage is due to equipment issues at the substation in your area. Our crews are working to replace a couple of regulators and a burnt switch in order to get the substation back up and running. While repairs are underway, we are working to backfeed as much of the outage as possible, though some areas may remain without power until the work is complete.
We truly appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to safely restore service.
