Location: This issue is potentially impacting T-Mobile wireless service in parts or all of Bowie, Briscoe, Cass, Cherokee, Collin, Dallas, Denton, Doña Ana, El Paso, Grayson, Hudspeth, Johnson, Marion, McCurtain, Miller, Panola, Parker, Red River, Rusk, Shelby, Smith, Swisher, Tarrant, Titus, Tom Green and Wise counties.

This notification is to inform you that AT&T Wireless is experiencing a network impairment that MAY potentially impact LTE / 5G services, potentially including calls to your PSAP or 988 center. The start time is believed to be 01/24/2026 05:12 CT.

Technicians are working to assess and remedy the situation as quickly as possible with an estimated time of resolution Not known at this time. The cause of the outage is currently believed to be environmental. Locations may include:
Grayson, Hudspeth, Lamar, Leon, Mitchell, Morris, Nacogdoches, Red River, Rusk, Shelby counties in Texas.
