We are aware of the outage affecting the Ebenezer area. Crews are en route and will soon arrive on scene to assess the damage and begin restoration efforts.
Initial reports indicate a utility pole may have burned, possibly as the result of a lightning strike. Due to the extent of the damage, this outage may take some time to repair and restore service.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as our crews work safely and as quickly as possible to restore power.
