***URECC MEMBERS-POWER OUTAGE UPDATE***
Crews are deployed throughout the service territory and are actively making repairs to restore power to all affected members. Reports indicate that most outages are being caused by fallen trees damaging power lines, as well as several broken crossarms. Our crews are working as quickly and safely as possible to restore service.
Downed power lines are extremely dangerous. If you encounter a downed power line, stay well away from it and always assume it is energized. Please contact URECC or local authorities immediately to report these hazards.
