We have received a report of a scam call made to a URECC member. The caller asked for billing information and payment. This is a scam. The reported number used was 903-228-5841.
URECC will never call to ask for your billing information, demand immediate payment, or threaten to disconnect service.
Please help us spread the word, especially to seniors in our community who are often targeted.
If you receive a suspicious call, hang up and contact URECC directly at 903-843-2536 or 800-259-2536.
